Uhm, I heard somewhere that someone said "do you plan on sending this to the makers of naruto? they can help you bring these characters to life"
Im working on designing my own, and I was wondering if that was possible.

well if the makers of naruto thinks your contributioin would be great for the series i think they will. Good luck hope to see your character in naruto.

It's a proven fact that a small amount of the minor characters in Naruto were actually submitted by earlier fans of the manga when it was first released in 1999.
However, since the creator, Masashi Kishimoto-sensei, already knows everything that is going to happen in Naruto: Shippuden (since the original Naruto is completed), then it is very unlikely that he will be accepting any new characters created by fans.

The creater of Naruto is Kishimoto. He started as a regular high kid who got bad grades. But he sumited lots of manga (a lot were rejected), but finally Naruto passed and was published in Shonen Jump. A manga magazine that's like the best! ^_^ Well, lots of frst times first start from submiting works to Shonen Jump. You can check out their website if you want. The create of Naruto (Kishimoto) might not accept your character because his job isn't to do that. Kishimoto might not accept your character because I bet a lot of people send him ideas but he just uses his own. But I think recently of a month ago, a contest started. You create a character for Naruto, draw a pic, wite some info about him/her and send it to Shonen Jump or something... you can check on the site. I'm not sure if that contest its still up but I think it is! ^_^ I'm creating my own character too! but I'm not done yet... still working on her!! ^_^

I'm not sure how to tell you this but they've already made more than 234 episodes so even if you contributed you'd have to wait for a long time to actually see them put your character in the show. Plus, they might've developed a plot and your character might not fit into it. I hope you get your character in though. Good Luck!

Probably not. Most publishers and artists don't take unsolicited submissions, otherwise their mailboxes would be flooded with ideas from people. Besides, the creator of Naruto is in Japan.
