Salem may be famous for Witchcraft, but there were no Witches involved when they had the Witch trials. They tortured and found guilty innocent people and the accusers later confessed they lied. Therefore there is no evidence there was ever Salem Witchcraft.

The contemporary witches might be called Business Witches as they use their title and some crafts to make money from the tourists. The Witchcraft Museum is run by a Christian Board and the guides are Christians.

I was there this summer and was turned down for an advisers job because of statements like A Witch can be a Wiccan, but Wiccans do not have to be Witches and Wiccans do not call themselves Witches. I was considered too radical and confusing.
