The way people talk about Bush, I'm reminded of Johnson. (I presonally think all of them are crooks)

No, I don't think so. Bush has made some mistakes, but he seems to be driven by ideology, whereas Johnson was strictly a political animal.

Johnson was corrupt, he was from Texas, and he failed in a war, which then became unpopular.

Bush has all these in common with him. Except Bush is much more corrupt--more like Nixon.

And Johnson at least respected the Constiution. And he had years of real experience in government before coming to the White House. And Johnson quit when he had the chance.

No. Johnson failed to execute Operation "Tiger Claw" which could have ended the Vietnam War in six weeks at a cost of about two thousand dead. He failed seven times to execute that operation.
Bus, however, has followed the intent of the Congress in the Iraqi Liberation Act passed in October of 1988.

Thats the nicest thing I heard Bush called lately. A Johnson. I have names for him, its certainly not that polite. I can say that because I voted and it wasn't for Bush.
