I don't need the damn stars . . . I get them anyway, and I'm not so insecure I need stars to cheer me up, just for the sake of having stars to cheer me up. I have a life, y'know?

Oh, yes. I've heard about it. I myself live in St. Paul, Minnesota, close to Minneapolis. This was an utter dissaster, and for those who are injured, my prayers are with you. For those of you who have lost family in this horrible accident, you have my greatest sympathy. Tonight was a very terrible night for many. My friend was on the bridge earlier, but thank God was unhurt, and was on it before it collapsed. For those who have not heard, this is a terrible ordeal for many. Please do not make smart remarks at this question, just sigh with relief that you were not hurt.

I live in Minneapolis and I can't believe this happened. My family and friends are all safe but I'm praying for the people that were involved and hoping that the death toll doesn't keep rising.

My brother in law was driving his rig across that bridge as it collapsed behind him. I am thankful he was in a frame of mind to think because if he had hesitated one more second he may have been a fatality too. That scares me because my sister in law would have been a widow with 5 children. He felt a vibration & gunned it he had a feeling about what was happening.

Saw it on Breaking News on FNC. Gave me chills to look at that devastation! I-35 is so busy, too & at one of the worst times of day too. (Not like any time would have been good, though.)
Saw the picture showing the school bus & couldn't watch anymore. So tragic - many prayers for the friends & families of those affected.

Yes..I'm in Los Angeles listening to WCCO's webcast.
I've been in L.A. when overpasses collapsed during earthquakes. Very bad.
