I actually live in Minneapolis and I heard it on the radio in my car and then I drove over to a bridge next to it to see what happened. But now I'm watching WCCO(local station).

That grew to become into loopy, i think so undesirable for those human beings. think of driving and swiftly you, and each on around you, are dropping 60 ft into the river. I bypass a bridge on a daily basis right here in san francisco and that i can not think of how terrible it would be to drop into the bay.
