Sue those f*ckers! This gets me so mad. But you are better off getting employment elsewhere, where you will be valued.

These are the things we women have to fight. It is not easy, but we cannot take the crap others throw our way. Stay strong, and don't let them bring you down, doll!

If you have evidence that you would lose a job based upon your gender, then you can go file a grievance with the better business bureau. If you do not have evidence, then I would live and learn. By the way you talk about things, you seem like you would be better off without these people. If they are unprofessional, I would want to work there in the first place.

If you're starting to get concerned about losing your job, I would try to talk to my boss (I know you hate him) and see what you could do to possibly work things out. If he refuses to speak to you for whatever reasons, then what else can you do? I would keep doing the best you can (showing up on time and performing well are good qualities to have) and IF you get fired, find a better working environment that actually gives a damn about its employees.Good Luck.

Start interviewing... NOW. Where there's smoke...

I have had these premonitions over the years and they are always correct. So, yes. You are about to be fired.

Please DO NOT bad mouth the former employers in your interviews. It will only work against you. "Problems? No, of course not. I just want to better myself." She said with a smile.

Don't quit! You might need the unemployment.

Good luck! Next time pick a more modern company, don't just take a job for the job's sake. And remember, not all guys are rectum exits.

time to play the FEMALE card. and yes there is one. how big is the company? if it is small family run business (less than 50 employees) than thess may not work out. you could suck it up and try reasoning with your boss. but tread lightly and be smart about it. take it form someone who doesn't always think before inserting her foot in her mouth.....there are recources but you have to do it the right way and laws are different dependending on what state you are in and how large the company is. either way though....i think i would want to get out of there but not without getting my 2 cents in... good luck to you.

Look for another job quickly, and put your notice in. This way, you may still get a good reference. Or if you have the money pursue a law suit of some kind but I doubt you have that option.

Find you another job, but don't let them know...then before you leave give them a notice. This is your notice...Take crap and smear it on the walls and put paper all on the ground. Unplug all the phones. Now thats a 2 week notice.

You deserve better, I'm sure. I just had that happen, I was told to quit or be fired and I promise you, I did absolutely nothing wrong. I was good at my job, but clearly, the manager had issues. I had to realize that I could do better than that job, and after I quit, I told him so.

Well unless you've done something against company policy, if you do get fired you can appeal on the grounds of unfair dismissal. Visit your local citizens advice centre and have a chat with them.

I have my own company, Rainbow Makers. The people you work for don't no good quality when it hit them in the face, but dear, I'd start looking for other employment. Good luck Sweetheart.
