It is the nature of this world called Maya (illusion) it is all temporary and full of misery. This body will also end no doubt. But one thing remains that is the soul. We are the eternal soul, which is part and parcel of the Supreme Soul also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. We never die, only the body dies. What ever our consciousness is at the time of death we will attain in our next life. If we want to end this cycle of material births and attain our eternal spiritual body we should take up the process of Bhakti Yoga (self realization) For info read Bhagavad Gita as it is By Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada tells all. asitis.com you can read it on line. Then you can go to the eternal Blissful world in your next life. That world never ends.

In the grand scheme of things, entropy will win. And the stars run the show. They suck up the hydrogen made in the Big Bang, and convert it into the heavier elements that make planets and life possible. Then when the hydrogen runs out, our time does too. Expansion will isolate us until one day, no other galaxy will be visible. Then one day, billions of black holes will devour what is left.

All things must end. We will end, and the stuff we're composed of will be pulverized into atoms by fire and ice and then into quarks by the black holes in a distant future. Our spirits will depart on another path, on a journey into a realm unknown to science. The future of time is its past. Everything must end to begin again.

There is a theory that the universe expands and contracts back to the singularity in a never-ending cycle ... which, if true, means that there is no beginning and no end.
