Both. The USA has started wars for self interest but also has gave money to poor countries. It acts like a police to the world and is very involved.
If it was a real evil country it would bomb the freak out of Iraq and then Iran so their wouldn't be a supreme power.
The People are actually nice with the exception of a few racist rednecks or too; They actually take better care of their dogs more so than many other countries. except the UK.
Actually many leaders have wanted to make a name for themselves so they run for president for all the wrong reasons and make decisions that will benefit the USA in the long run but scar this countries morals and priciples.

Good! Very Good! with all walks of life and leadership there will be good and bad. What other country donates more to those in need. 25 million immigrants can't be wrong.
