If your talking about Miley Cyrus her mom is alive and one of the nicest people I know, but, in the show Miley Stewarts mom is dead but thats just the in Hannah Montana.

I assume you are talking about Miley Cyrus. Her real mom is very very much alive. Her mom is only deceased in the Hannah Montana series.

In the show her mom it's not all about her real life. I mean in real life she has a sister but, on the show she doesn't.
