I agree. It reminds me of the time when a cable news anchor asked one of the experts on the set: "Would you care to speculate on those assumptions?". I'm waiting for the tin foil hat crowd to surface and start screaming about a cover-up.

The problem is if you want to wait for answers from the goverment, you can and will. They are all hoping that people will postpone their inquiry and down grade their interest to lessen the impart of what went wrong and who is culpable.

Canada has been having the same problem, ie bridge colapses, lately. We don't have anyone stepping forward and saying they knew about the problem. Dept of transport, (Highways) and the cops were notified that chuncks of concrete were falling out of the bridge the day befor the collapse in Quebec.

because some people have questions they want answered. so what if no one knows anything. some people arent informed very much. so stop being a jerk about it. people r in danger and all u can do is sit here being an @$$ about all the questions. so stop being stupid and start praying for all the families that lost loved ones.

EDIT: its never to late to pray for people who lost loved ones. u can only hope that they have enough strength and courage to get on with their lives. even though it is tough. that is y i say to pray

Well it doesn't have to do with Politics, Bush, Iraq War, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, or the many other things that people on Answers are compelled to question. It's actually news worthy, tragic. But news worthy.

because there were over 100 people on the bridge at the time and at least 50 of which went in to the river so of course people are going to be asking questions

It's something that has caused a lot of concern because most of us travel over bridges every day.

It's natural to talk about this......we'll talk even more when all the facts come out.

People just naturally want to understand why disastrous things happen. Even without immediate answers, it beats sitting around staring at the wall in silence. More will come in the hours and days ahead.

Reminds me of 9-11 and the space shuttle disasters.
