Mets fans are just like every other teams fans, a very few fall into some of your categories but most are knowledgeable fans that support their team.

I think you are referring to Phillies fans, not Mets fans. Phillies fans think their team is going to win it all every single year. They were saying how great their SP were, when they weren't. You are either a Yankee fan, Philly fan, or Braves fan, and are mad because your team is not doing well this year. Don't hate the player, hate the game.

My beef with Met fans( not all) these days is that now they want to justify buying players left & right something that they accused the Yanks of doing for years. Now that it's their team being accused of doing the same thing all of a sudden they want to justify it & act as if it's ok for their team to do what they accused the Yanks of doing for years & that is pure hypocrisy in my book.

Talk about it man, I live 10 minutes from shea stadium myself, and wish they all drop dead as well. The mets are so out of it..I mean 90% of their team is hispanic...time for an immigration departmant call?? lol.
