Blue! This is from the HGTV website:
"Blue decor: What about a blue room? Designing in blue can be a challenge, yet the results can be quite enjoyable. The challenge comes in knowing how to combine blue with other colors, and choosing the right shades of blue that will be personally pleasing. The White House has long had a blue room.
There's something grand, majestic yet calming about a room that is designed with the color blue. Think of the French Provincial style.
Blue can be used as a background color on walls and carpeting or it can be used as the foreground color in upholstery and draperies. Pleasant dreams might be the end result of coloring a bedroom in shades of blue. When in a blue environment, time seems to pass slowly and you don't feel rushed."

I like Blue a lot, but choose Green. Green is much refreshing to the eyes and it will help you sooth your tired eyes after a whole days work. Pick Green

Both! My sis did her last room blue on top, green on the bottom. She had a chairrail inbetween the 2 colors, though! It was cute! It looked kind of like this:

Except it wasn't a baby's room and the green was brighter!

If you're talking about paint color why not use blue on two walls and green on two. Otherwise, one wall one of the colors as an accent wall and then the rest of the walls the other color.
My room's about to be redone with one dark blue wall and the rest aqua.

Its your room. Only you know what features you have to match up with colors. What do plan on having in your room? then go to a home depot or neighborhood hardware store get color samples and try to match what will go good together. Then you have what you want.

blue, because of the soothing color, and teh way it makes you feel, green has so many un positive things about it, like would you eat a milkshake if it was green, or green water is nasty, but blue is fab!!!
