Tell her to get a breath right strip or tell her to turn to her side. She may have sleep apmia so she might want to see what a doctor would say.

you touch them in the back and make them move, if she still snoring then they sell a lot of things, they sell something for your nose so you can breath better, of this mouth wash for snoring. I know how hard is to sleep next to someone that snores, is a serious situation. Ask in Walgreens weather they have any of this products (is embarrassing but I gather be embarrassed than have a bad night of sleep)

I had this problem with my ex. I had to make him sleep on the couch after a while, i couldnt stand it. I was working 12 hour shifts then and needed my sleep. The only other option is to have your spouse go see a sleep therapist and see if he/she has a sleep apnea. A person being overweight also has alot to do with snoring.

I have this same problem, my hubby snores really bad some nights and I just go sleep in the other room. I've tried ear plugs but they don't help and are just annoying. I've bought him those little band aid things you put over the nose but they don't help either. And he doesn't even believe he snores!

There might be a medical problem, sinus problems cause snoring, throat problems cause snoring, lung problems cause snoring. Suggest he see a doctor.
If he is a heavy drinking that could be causing it as well, if he is overweight that could be the problem. First though you should see the doctor.

Hi my name is Canela and I am a snorer...lol
I am so glad to be married imagine snoring like a wild boar and trying to keep a new guy. I am sooooo thankful to be married. I mean it was embarrassing to the point that I'd feel it was something to disclose up front because my snoring could be deal breaker. I slept over my sisters once and she thought I had a guy over and it was me. I was way on the other side of the house. So I totally vouch for the breath right nose strips thankfully they make them in invisible strips. I know us woman are always trying to look cute and what not when we sleep or wake up but this will make everyone happy at the end the key is the invisible breathe strips. So be playful with her when suggesting them giving her kisses and hugs when trying to put it on for her or giving it to her. Heck my husband got them for me and even wore one himself to make me feel better.

have her go to a sleep specialist who can tell her if she suffers from sleep apnea (can be dangerous) and can also set her up with a c-pap machine which stops the apnea and the snoring allowing you both to have a good night sleep.
there's always surgery but that doesn't always work and is expensive

Have her get checked for sleep apnea. My husband could wake the neighbors with his snoring and now with his cpap all is quiet.

She should do a sleep study and be checked by a doc. My husband had sleep apnea. It can be very serious left untreated. He has a special breathing machine (cpap) and it solved the problem.
