I do not want a payday loan and I have been turned down by traditional loan methods.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but see if you can either cut back spending or pick up another job for awhile so you don't have to try for a loan. Getting a loan, then having to pay it back, will just dig you in deeper - how do you expect to pay back the loan if you don't have enough money now?
