Are there any music artists/bands that everyone else seems to bow down to......and you just can't stand it? Not that you don't like their music, you just don't like the reverence that everyone seems to hold them in.
For example, one of mine would be the Beatles. (It's not that I don't like their music, I do. So don't go there, please.) However, the god-like status that many people give the Beatles drives me nuts. I read an article a few days ago about how a Luvs diapers commercial contained the song "All You Need Is Luvs", which set some Beatles fans on the warpath. My response to them, as you can imagine, would be to grow up. (Bad puns intended.)

I hate how people like bands like My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, and Panic! at the Disco just because the band members are attractive. Try liking the MUSIC for once, really.
