Of course you can convert kg to Newtons... kg = mass.
Mass (kg) x 9.81m/s² = Newtons.

N = kg x 9.81m/s²
15kg x 9.81 = 147.15 N
All other units MUST BE converted to mass in kg first.
1g = 0.001kg....0.001kg x 9.81 = 0.00981 N
I is Litres ?
With litres we're talking about volume, and volume can be in cc, mL, L, m³, Gallons ... etc. and in all cases Mass in kg is first required to obtain Newtons.

(Newtons ÷ 9.81 = Mass in kg).

...etc.

First, you can't convert kilograms to Newtons--they are different units. However, you can find the weight of something in Newtons by multiplying its mass by 9.8m/sec^2 That is, of course, for something on Earth. When you do that you will get a weight of 147 Newtons, that's because a Newton is the same as a kgm/sec^2

For grams you'd first one to convert to kilograms (by dividing by one thousand) and then again multiply by 9.8 m/s^2.

I have no idea what "I" is that you're referring to at the end.

Multiply your # of KG (ex 15) by 9.807 to get the # of Newtons

Convert g to KG and then multiply by 9.807

To convert Newtons to KG multiply the # of Newtons by 0.102
