By taking a photo and then they can put it on the computer to enjoy with out paying so it is stealing
by coping DVD you are saving X amout of dollars. So you are stealing

Taking a photo of someone else's artwork is not wrong, it's just a photo. Stealing their work and claiming it's yours would be wrong.
I don't copy other people's dvds, but I don't consider it as serious as stealing money.
