Well, neither Noah, Benjamin nor Miller are "unique", but that do have the potential to be classic.
If I met somebody with this name, I would automatically assume he's tall, good-looking, athletic, intelligent, witty, charming, etc., (basically all of the things I want in my own son)
If you're having trouble with a middle name, why not choose a family name? Place yours or your father's name in the spot (traditionally the first male child is named after the paternal grandfather, I've always thought this is a good option for people struggling to find a name they like). It will give the boy a sense of strong family pride and belonging as he grows up. Every child in my family has been given a family name as his/her middle name, and we all find it to be a family bonding element. As a child we had clubs for those of us with the same middle name.
But I digress. I think Noah Benjamin Miller is a fantastic name, but if your are still looking for options:
Noah James, Noah Caleb, Noah John, Noah Frederick, Noah Anthony or Noah Samuel
Congratulations on your baby boy!

Congratulations!!! I like that you are putting so much thought into naming your baby. I LOVE THE NAME NOAH. Yeah, Noah Benjamin does have a ring to it but with a name like Noah you kinda want something more unique as a middle name. Noah is a hebrew name that means rest and comfort so you may want to find something equally comforting. I myself really like Noah Rain, and yes Rain is unisex. Good Luck on finding a name!!!

Noah Benjamin is a great name! Both are strong masculine names that can grow with your son. If you are not sold on Benjamin as the middle name, why don't you use your first name as your son's middle name. That way you could still pass on your and your father's name to your son.

Middle names starting with "O" or "W" will flow well with the middle sounds in Noah.
Something like:
Noah Oakley Miller
Noah Orion Miller
Noah Wesley Miller
Noah Willard/ William Miller
Otherwise, names with an "M" sound in the middle will flow well with your last name, just like Noah Benjamin does. :)
Something like:
Noah Damian Miller
Noah Dominic Miller
Noah Hamish Miller
Noah James Miller
Noah Roman Miller
Hope that helps! :)

Not really sure how extreme you mean by unique, there's always international names(like mine lol, ariah). However, there are also those 2000 generation names, but I guess I haven't helped thus far so how about...
Noah Levi Miller
btw l like the first name, good luck with the baby!
