Since he was a two term president would this be allowed? Due to the fact that if she dies in office that would allow him to be president.

No. The Constution specifies that only someone eligible to be President can be eligible to be VP.

Having been elected twice, Bill is not eligible.

I am not a constitutional scholar, but I cannot find anything in the 22nd Amendment that would prevent him from being Vice President. However, if something should happen to Hillary during her term and she was not able to continue as President I doubt that Bill could assume the role as President. If he tried to do so it would result in a court challenge with the end result being that the Speaker of the House would become President by order of ascension. No matter whether it is possible or not, it would violate the spirit of the 22nd Amendment if she did this.

Madeleine Albright was not born in the U.S. yet she was allowed to be Secretary of State (4th in command). She just wouldn't have been allowed to be President.

Same would probably be true of Bill, but if I were Hillary, I would not make that move. Sets her up for further embarrassment later on when Bill goes after the White House interns again.

Then Hillary would have to be impeached for lying, as an elected official this time, to cover up Bill's affairs once again (perjury, obstruction of justice).

Though question. Bill might able to be Vice President but I doubt he would with all those interns around to keep him busy.
