Has there ever been a president of this country to have such an obvious incompetence in his presidency as George W. Bush?

I cannot ever remember seeing as many thumbs-down in the Yahoo answers as there are to this Question. Amazing!
The word Incompetance really comes short of a real descriptive term for Bush. Inept comes to mind but even that is wrong. Damn hanging chads anyway!
All I know is there's great days ahead of us...as there's less than 170 more days of the Bush and Cheney Show..I mean administration...and counting! Come on 2008!
