I have no one to talk to and i end up standing there looking stupid. Everyone that I work with are all like seniors in high school. When I get to know someone well im not shy at all but when i dont know some1 i am. What should i do because i want to make friends there and feel more comfortable. Help!?

Find someone you think you want as a friend and talk to them. It helps to talk to people when they are outside of their group of friends, because that is when they are truly themselves. Try to find out some of the different interest that the others have and find out some information about that kind of stuff. I am 17 going on 18 in a few months and I remember how it was at my first job and how hard it was to connect at first, but after a while you will become more outgoing. This is natural for all first time employees, especially the younger ones!

Just be you and one day someone is going to ask for your opinion. That's when they are going to see how smart you really are so stay focus and don't worry. It will come and when it does it will be on time.
