Disney has a screenwriting fellowship, check out the program here - http://www.abctalentdevelopment.com/programs_writers.htm

Just try googling screenwriting and programs/resources/fellowships etc. Many companies have opportunities. Also, check out craigslist for your area and also LA, I've seen a couple posts for people looking for writers and also screenwriting compeitions.

Also, you can try to get one of your scripts produced. If your just starting out, don't expect to get paid for your script, but you can hook up with some aspiring directors/producers/crew at your local college's film department and you guys can all work together to bring your script to life and create a product.

Most colleges and Universities have an evening class for aspiring writers. Call the Universities/Colleges in your city and ask if they offer Screen Writing, or, look on the website, they may have night or weekend classes.
