19 by Shawn Green of the Dodgers on May 23, 2002. I'm thinkin that was the game he hit four homers in that game.

Edit: The guy that said Nate Colbert is actually half right. Colberts 22 total bases came in a double header.

Shawn Green had 19 in one game -- four homers, a double, and a single, six hits, and the 4 HR tied the ML record.
