Don't misunderstand me please. The Twins ARE playing tonight, and i DON'T think that they should have. Bad call in my opinion.

Good point. They also postponed Thursday and maybe Friday as well. I think you are right on this one.

I live in Mpls. They didn't cancel the game because of the fact that it would create THAT much more traffic congestion. Tacky? I don't know. I do know that the Metrodome holds upwards of 65,000 people, and with a BRIDGE over a RIVER out, you can imagine how much more traffic that would create.

It would make sense to call off the game so the highway was open for emergency traffic.

The game will proceed. Officials didn't want to cancel the game, as it would create more traffic in the area.
