from reading this article, I believe the real issue is the fact that there are multiple surveillance operations going on and very probably a data mining operation directed at Americans as well....in my opinion, this is why Gonzales has been lying to Congress and is far worse that a few attorneys (as politically partisan and vile that could be)...The Bush Admin. is keeping big secrets about how they have been tampering with the Constitution and laws in general....When this comes out (full disclosure no time soon) it will be a foul smelling legacy that will take a decade to heal...in the mean time, Republicans will lose big time in all elections....Is this good for anybody? no

I no longer doubt anything that the present administration in Washington will attempt to achieve their agenda. The most preposterous claims, the most revising of alleged views, the most revamping of ideals, the most degrading ethics and morality ever witnessed by American society, and the most lies ever told in the history of this nation's politics. Gonzales is a yes-man lead by an egomaniac controlled by moneymen and supported by religious nuts. The cesspool of Washington reeks with the blasphemy of politics on steroids gone haywire.

Atty Gen Anthony Gonzales was given an open book test and he FLUNKED it. Now he gets a "do-over." America is going to "H" in a hand-basket.
