Factor the numerator. It is the difference of perfect squares.

(x - 6)(x + 6)
----------------
6 - x

Notice the factor (x - 6) on top and 6 - x on the bottom. They are opposite factors because each term has the opposite sign from what the other one has. These opposite factors cancel and leave a "1" behind one place and a "-1" behind the other place.

(x - 6)(x + 6)
---------------- =
6 - x

-1(x + 6)
------------ = -x - 6 <== answer

(x+6)(x-6) / (6-x) =
-(x+6)(6-x) / (6-x) =
-(x+6) =

(x-6)(x+6)/[(-1)(x-6)] = -(x+6) or -x-6.
