I guess in all aspect. We are created from HIS image and likeness therefore we should live our lives according to HIS command. When we always put this in mind, our conscience will lead us through the right path and decision. If it were so, every aspect of our conscience will always be the voice of GOD.

This is a great question and almost relevant to every person.

I have read many books on the subject of the subconscious mind, and there are some people, like U.S. Andersen who wrote "Three Magic Words" that believe that God is a universal subconscious mind, that created everything in the universe and is also a part of each created thing. He believes that God resides at the center of each created thing's consciousness, in the form of a subconscious mind.

In the sense that God's voice is the voice of absolute Truth. And that's what we'll hear sometimes when we're battling something out in our minds--we'll all of a sudden hear His voice telling us what we KNOW is the right thing to do.
