thats an easy one. theyre hiding a desire to protect the presidency from every out of control liberal extremist who wants to make the office the lapdog of congress. this is an extremely simple concept, even for a liberal to understand...its called the federal prosecutor works at the whim and discrection of the president so the witchunt by leahy and the boys beyond grandstanding serves no purpose. thats why they call it the executive BRANCH...as its a stand alone enitity with its own checks and balances and not a PELOSI DOOR MAT as most of the cronies these liberals have have proven to be.
