You will probably never get your money back but you can put a stop credit on your account. talk to the bank and tell them it is a scam. report it to the police. if the bank doesn't do their job and stop it - switch banks.

Call your bank and tell them that these charges were not authorized by you and they should refund part of the money or they will give you the number to the company where the charges are being taken out and that company will refund all of the charges. If they refuse threaten legal action against them.

I work for a bank and you should go to your financial institution and tell them the situation. Being this is an electronic transaction you are protected under a Federal Regulation known as "Reg. E" You can open a claim in order to get your money back. Hope this helps.

i'm truly looking forward to this Ashes sequence and actually have not thoroughly written the Aussies off. nonetheless England ought to circulate into the sequence as overwhelming favourites by way of modern-day kind and the incontrovertible fact that the sequence is being performed in England. I reckon Chris Rogers may be slightly a dismal horse as he knows of the situations over right here exceedingly plenty. solid to work out some friendly banter flying around between the two units of supporters too!

Have you talked to your back about stopping the drafts? Did you sign ANYTHING with this company? If not, where did they get your account info?
It might or might not be possible to retrieve the amount already paid out.

Call your bank about it and tell them it's unauthorized and they should freeze those transactions, and conduct an 'investigation' on it.
