There is this company called easy credit that keeps drafting 29.95 from my checking acct unauthorized, What legal advise can I get. What can I do to retreive these funds from this internet scam?

You will probably never get your money back but you can put a stop credit on your account. talk to the bank and tell them it is a scam. report it to the police. if the bank doesn't do their job and stop it - switch banks.

Call your bank and tell them that these charges were not authorized by you and they should refund part of the money or they will give you the number to the company where the charges are being taken out and that company will refund all of the charges. If they refuse threaten legal action against them.

I work for a bank and you should go to your financial institution and tell them the situation. Being this is an electronic transaction you are protected under a Federal Regulation known as "Reg. E" You can open a claim in order to get your money back. Hope this helps.

Have you talked to your back about stopping the drafts? Did you sign ANYTHING with this company? If not, where did they get your account info?

I would first call your bank and tell them that you didnt authorize this charge. On just close the account and open and new one.
