Physically, I'd have to say it was from a fight I got into some time ago. My knuckles were bruised, bleeding and sore; I had a gash above one eye,a chipped tooth, a broken nose, and my mouth was bleeding as well. Ah, you shoulda seen the other guy. ;|
Also, when I cracked a rib that sent my muscles spasming. I thought my spleen was trying to escape my body. It would cripple me every time it went into a spasm...
I never took anything for it, and I kept reaggravating it from the job I used to have. That lasted almost five months. I'm so happy that's over with!
Emotionally would be back when I was a ***** up. An addict, depressed, and multi-suicidal, and every step that it took to get to that point.

I have two sons. The first one was 9lbs6oz. The second was 6lbs15oz. I had them both naturally. No pain killers. Over 40 stitches between them both. That is pain.
But being thrown aside for a drug habit by someone you love is almost as bad.

Giving in to a girl for something that she wanted when I was not fully aware of her real intentions - it made feel the worse of the worst in a relationship that I didn't want to be in at the time - it was very confusing and was plenty expensive - it ruined me and mine. I cannot forgive myself for letting it get so 'out of hand'.

Got into a car accident and my head was like a ping pong ball getting hit back and forth.

Spinal surgery in my neck.
As painful as childbith (yes, my first baby was natural AND induced, double whammy)-- but it lasted for 4 weeks.
I've never cried so much in my life from sheer physical pain...

I got a broken foot on the first night of scout camp when I was a kid. Ran around on it for a week. After I got home, mom took me in, because I could no longer get my shoe on my foot.
