Hard to say. Osama has lots of friends, who have done a good job of insulating him. Bush may not be concerned about him, but that does not in the least mean that Bush has any less interest in nailing him.

There is No Osama, never has been. Just more bluffs, thats all. All twenty highjacker/conspirators are from another country, not Iraq, Bush refuses to look at a map. Coz he's right! Besides he "no longer thinks of Bin Ladens capture as a priority".
