Does someone who works with the Yankee own the games? MLB 2K5-7 all have Yanks

because there are more Yankee fans than any other team, so products are more attractive to more people if they have derek jeter on the cover. a product would sound better to me (i'm a cubs fan) if it had soriano on the front

Actually I was reading about a survey a few years ago and there turned out to be more Cubs fans than almost anyone else. I liek the mariners, but the yankees sell more money man. The should put Ichiro on one. Wonder how that would go.......

Because if you put a player on the Yankees on a cover the sales go up because thier are mroe Yankee fans then any other team in sports.

First of all Jeter was on the cover of 2K7 as was he on the cover all MLB 2KSports games for the last couple of years. Derek Jeter is one of the official spokespeople for 2kSports and will be on the cover every year until his contract is up

because you will buy the game and just want to beat the living tar out of the yankees as another lousy team like the devil rays...be the royals and beat the stuffing out of them.. be their daddies.. shouldnt be too hard considering the team they have now....

They put A-Rod on 2K7, and they can't put him on the cover 2 years in a row, so they can't him on the cover for 2K8. Hopefully it won't be somebody like Posada or Abreu
