I'm a very forgetful person. Are there any ways to help me remember things/jog my memory? It's kinda embarrassing, but I can't remember where I put down my iPod. I'm SURE it's in the house.

notes. lots and lots of notes. the stick um up notes all over the place .that's the only way i remember things. also try putting things in the same place all the time. it helps. i have a very bad memory due to mental illness. i live in a very small mobile home and some days i can't remember where the bathroom is at so i understand about losing things.

Try developing relative cues. In the case of your ipod, think of putting it down on a specific table.
