Can girls answer this question too? I vote because I vote against most taxes, and anyone promoting taxes. I vote, because I care about my community.

I vote because I have that right. Our ancestors fought to give me that right so I show them the respect of honoring that. At the same time though I don't just go in and pick someone I take the time to research who I think will do what I feel is the best for us as a people.

Why do you choose to eat
chicken or beef

water or soda
hot or cold venti vanilla latte
Generic canned corn or brand name canned corn
You are given a choice in political leadership. You may not like all the choices or think it doesn't make a bit of difference in your life. But it makes a difference in someones life and so I vote for me, for my family, my friends, and even people I disagree with or might not like... I vote for everyone that might be effected by the next political ding dong that gets into office, and so at worst I hope the ding dong I choose is better than any other... At best I hope the leader I choose continues to make life here in the US free, just, and prosperous.

I vote in everything because it is a right as a US citizen. For women, a right people died for. Also because you should just voice your opinion however you can. People who don't vote need not biiitch about what is going on, because they did not participate in the voting process.

Because it is a civic responsibility, which I take very seriously.
I have missed 2 elections, but because I had to leave town on business for a few days, on short notice and could not get an absentee ballot.
