Marijuana seeds are not illegal. The use of the seeds is what is illegal.

I'm sure there is a law in every state governing the amount of seeds which constitutes an illegal volume to have in your possession but one seed and you are probably safe.

Planning to grow some are we? Do us a favor and go walk up to a police officer with some of the seeds and ask how many you're allowed to have.
