Yes, he believes the statements issued by the White House, the Pentagon and all US intelligence agencies that Al Qaeda is currently based in Pakistan.
And attacking Al Qaeda IN Pakistan (the place) is different than launching an attack AGAINST Pakistan (the govt).
When Democrats don't go after terrorists, their opponents insult them. When Democrats do say we should go after terrorists, their opponents insult them.
It's almost as if the insults have nothing at all to do with the policies, and are simply blind partisan attacks.

Obama does not want to go to war with Pakistan. He wants to attack Al Qaeda (remember the bad guys before the war on terrorism became the war about oil) where they are regrouping. Attacking AQ is not the same as going to war with Pakistan. It really is surprising you are incapable of telling the difference and understanding this for yourself.
