I know from GR that energy produce space-time curvature. In quntum mechanics, the energy is quantized. Is the space-time quantized as well at the quantum mechanical level?

We don't know. It's an area of intense interest to science. So far, we have no evidence that gravitation is quantized.

yes, according to quantum theory, spacetime at very small is a type of grainy soup.
