I'm not really sure if anyone is a "natural" at anything. That would mean we do something well without any experience or training of any kind. We certainly don't come out of the womb with expert knowledge or skill. We are shaped by our family environment, our upbringing, our schooling, our friends and co-workers, and the general historical and social milieu in which we live.
However, our basic personalities may incline us to excel at one thing or another. In my case, I would say, for instance, that I am a romantic idealist "by nature" or "naturally". Above and beyond my experience, something within me makes me adopt this stance toward life and the world around me. Does that answer your question?

taking care of babies and children! I have always loves to play with small children, and babysit. I had my first babysitting job when I was 10 and I am a foster parent and have 'mothered' almost 20 children. Taking care of children is not something that I had to work at it was just natural. It is what makes me happy and what I am good at!

I'm not sure that I have discovered my natural talent yet but my 9 yr old daughter seems to be a natural golfer.
