Yes it can, and many women have had successful breast-reduction surgeries to help.

Hi,
You have not got big breasts otherwise you would not be asking this question.
Any boob over a d cup starts to get heavy and does put strain on your back.
My wife is a 48g and they must weight at least 6lbs each.
That is nearly a stone in weight pulling you forward all the while, It does affect the back and shoulders.

Yes they do. I was a 38J and got a breast reduction because my back neck and shoulder hurt so much. As a 38C I'm totally happy and back pain free!

It is true. It puts strain on your back to keep yourself upright due to the weight on your chest. I had a friend with this problem and she needed reduction surgery...she felt a lot better afterwards.

quite try. if you are not wearing the proper bras as well, this is not helping, I suggest going to jcpenney or a lingerie store and getting fitted for one. BUT YES bigger breasts can cause back problems

hell yeah....you get grooves inyour shoulders from them bad boys weighing down so much...even with a supportive bra....many woman hunch forward and mess up their posture because their breasts are so heavy
i guess fake breasts are lighter because i never hear them complaining about their backs....real breasts are full of fat tissue and mammary glands
