Yes, I do say it quite often. I believe I do that for a number of reasons. If it's an everyday question and the asker really doesn't want to know. If I'm not sure I want to share my feelings with the asker. And if I think or know that how I feel at the present time is not right and I would feel differently later. Those are just three reasons why I would say that things were OK when they weren't.
