"Christian name" is obviously no good for many people. "First name" and "last name" messes up in Japan. So, are there any more neutral and international descriptions for human names?

given name and family name

Call the last name "Surname" and that should do. People from the countries with those naming conventions who are fairly literate should already be aware how people are named in the rest of the world. Good night!

first name = given name
last name= family name

I dont know I thought hard about this and couldn't think of anything decent, sorry!
