Id bet you have a broken steel belt in the tire...if there is a buldge in the tires tread then you have broken a belt.

The most probable cause of the roaring noise your hearing is the alignment is not only out but likely has been for some time. Could be tie rod ends or some other component of the front suspension. Only way to find out is to take to a shop and have it looked at. The front brake issue might be related but again no way to know without inspection. There is no mechanical reason that would explain why a disc brake assembly would have to be replaced so often unless there's been damage to either the hub or the caliper/caliber mounting bracket.

some time it can be the tie rod ends that are to old so they become loose, your rim might be bad, you pinion steering might be bad it a number of things that could cause that.
