Consult your employee manual/hand book or talk to your human resources manager.

Good Luck! Invite him to a bar after work and get him good and drunk. When you get ready to leave, take that baseball bat out of the trunk of your car and break both of his arms and legs. I hate bullies!

yeah, yeah, yeah, I know I'm going to get a lot of flack over this but I can guarantee you, he will never bully you again.

One thing I can tell from experience is that you need to keep plenty of notes. Write down what was said, how it was said, what time it was said. Write down anything and everything that would show a pattern of abuse coming from your supervisor.

There are labor laws here in the US that deal with being subjected to a hostile working enviroment. In fact you need to let him or her know that you feel that they are placing you in such an enviroment.

If you have tried telling him/her that you don't feel comfortable with the way they are talking to you, you need to go to either their supervisor or your HR rep. You can also do both. I know my company has an anonymous hotline you can call if you need to report something and then it has to be taken care of. Don't be afraid to step up though!

You need to speak up directly to the supervisor and let him know you're don't need to take it. You'll might risk losing your job, but you'll have more to gain.

I would go over his head and if you think he may try to harm you go to the police!
