I don't think that at 14 you are eligible for "the best jobs in Ireland." You'll have to make do with the same kind of work as other 14 year olds! You could try:
A paper round
Sweeping the floor in the hairdressers
Fruit picking
Odd jobs
Supermarket

You will need a work permit - apply to your local council for one. Being 14 you will have restrictions on how many hours you are allowed to work.
Suitable jobs for a 14 year old
Paperound (ask at newsagents), dog walking (put a card in newsagent's window), helping out on a farm (go round all the local farms asking if they need anyone), golf cadying (apply local golf club) car washing (neighbours)

First of all, if you're 14, you're too young to have a job. Second of all, you need to learn how to use proper grammar because employers may disqualify you on the basis that you can't use proper English.
