me and my boyfriend live about 40mins away. and all we do is txt, i told him i wanted to talk to him on the phone sometimes, he said we could start that when he goes to college. which that made me a lil upset, i told him i love talking to him and he still said we can start that when he leaves. then i told him he was pissing me off, and he said ok call me.

Call him, and tell him if he doesnt want to talk to you on the phone you guys have no relationship. That should work. Seriously.

Maybe he is uncomfortable talking on the phone. Honestly, I am not a fan myself. If he said to call him... call him. Otherwise, leave well enough alone. This one is really not worth a fight. Life is too short to look for reasons to argue.
