If you mean 'turn on javascript in your browser' and your using internet explorer...

go to the 'tools' menu at the top of the page
select 'internet options'
select the 'security' tab
click the 'custom level' button
scroll down until you see the 'scripting->active scripting' radio button
Use enable or disable as you require.

You may need to close the browser and re-start it.
