Well I would have to grant their wish by not granting their wish! Thats confusing! So I guess that means they used one of their wishes and they would get 2 more!

Well, I know a few genii personally and they do have a code of conduct and this is actually covered.
In this instance, they'd have to kill the 'master'. You see, that is a paradox and the universe abhors any kind of vacuum and a paradox is an ethical vacuum.
