my cell phone is a ring tone so I pick it up generally asap

It's a mirrical if I find the phone while it's ringing ... usually they have to leave a message and babble on & on & on & on & on & on ... and there is the small possibility that I'll find the phone in time to say "hi"

usually the amount of rings it takes for me to get to the phone and check the caller id and if it's someone i don't like i just let it ring.
