No. The only train from Windsor is the Via Rail to Toronto.

From Toronto to Niagara on the Lake, you would have to take a bus.

It is about 1.5 km from the Toronto train station (Union Station) to the bus terminal ... that's about a $10-$12 taxi ride or $2.75 per person and 5 minutes on the subway (to Dundas Station ... and a walk).

Coach Canada and Greyhound have busses to Niagara Falls and St. Catharines. You could go to either city and then take a taxi to Niagara on the Lake.

Alternatively, you could contact the Toronto tourism centre or Niagara tourism and basically act as though you are staying in Toronto and would like to do a day-trip to Niagara on the Lake ... I'm sure there are plenty of busses that do tours of the region.

no; but you can take the train from Windsor to Niagara Falls (you probably need to transfer in Hamilton or Toronto). It's not too far from NF to NOTL; a short cab or bus ride.

i've got no longer been there for some years, yet as I recollect that's a surprisingly small city and does not have countless eating places. And it no longer the comparable place as Niagara Falls. it somewhat is approximately 15 miles north of there.
