*Alright...I'm not sure if you've already tried this stuff or not, so I will leave you with some links and such. Anyways it's limp plumper gloss(es)...I have found from personal experience that these glosses not only plump your lips, but they also turn them a nice pinkish color and maybe a darker pink color...so it looks as if you're wearing a colored lipstick or gloss, when you're really not.* Hope something I offer helps!
*I know the "Jane" brand carries a clear lip plumping gloss, it has cinnamon and apple in it. I use it and it plumps my lips up and turns them that nice pinkish color.*
"Jane" can be found at Walmart/Walgreens...and I think Kmart too?
.Or there is a brand called "Lip Venom" I believe, that also carries a clear gloss..but I believe the price is much higher than the Jane brand.

Use two lipsticks: a darker one for evening and a lighter one (more pink) for day. Outline your lips with an outliner that is one tone lighter than your lips, fill in with the lipstick, then only gloss the "pucker part" or the front part of your lips. Its wierd, but it brings attention to that part of your lips and makes them stand out more. Lip plumpers work, but for me its just one more thing on the counter. :)
Mary Kay has a lot to choose from if need ideas, you can look for them online. But I'm biased to Mary Kay since I sell it....I am sure that there are billions of brands that will do just as well.
Hope that helps your pucker get noticed!

Stay away from nude, or natural, looking shades that tened to blend in with your sking. Use a lipliner that is one shade darker than your lips and line right above the lipline. This makes them appear slightly larger with more definition, basically your raising the lip line.
You could use a lipgloss that plumps up your lips.
Or just use do more with your lips and less with your eyes so that your mouth grabs more attention and stands out more.

Take a easy shimmery eye shadow and positioned it in the cupid's bow of your lip. that's the place your good lip dips in the midsection. positioned on a vivid lipstick without shimmer or glitter. you want a thoroughly flat shade. Deep pink or berry colorations might look intense high quality inclusive of your coloring. Take an analogous shimmer eye shadow in the midsection of your backside lip. Then take a lip gloss that fits your lipstick or is slightly lighter and positioned it in the midsection of your lip. i'm hoping this helped!

Wexler lip plumper. works like magic. you cna buy it at bath and body works. also get lip gloss that has a darker shade. or lip stick. if you put the plumper over it then you would want lip stick. get it good, not cheap. its worth it.

Place yourself prone on the ground, then pucker your lips, and push yourself off the ground; think of it like push-ups but with your lips instead of your arms.
And, yes, I'm joking!
(have you noticed that all the answers from the alleged males were all in jest?)
